How to Book -Terms and Conditions
How do I book my appointment with you?
You are welcome to contact me directly by phone on 0151 510 1959/07970404062 or email me on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an initial 20 min free no obligation confidential consultation session.
If you wish to move forward, we will then book together a convenient appointment time for your assessment session.
You will be required to agree to a Therapy/Coaching/Intensive Program contract in order to move forward, this is sent to you to review prior to your appointment. It can be completed online for national or international sessions or if you are attending in-person I have them available in clinic.
How can I attend a session?
Sessions are accessible to virtually everyone with no need to leave the comfort of your own home if you are unable to attend my Cheshire UK clinic. This offers international appointment sessions; therefore, distance is not a barrier if you would like to work with me.
You can choose your preferred medium from the following-
- In-person at my Cheshire Clinic
If you are an international session, it will be your responsibility to ensure you have correctly converted time zones.
Do you offer Pre-Paid Courses?
Pre-paid block bookings are available, these sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is important they are taken in a timely manner and are only valid for 6 months from purchase to ensure momentum and the greatest benefit to you. My fees are also reviewed on a yearly basis.
What is your appointments availability?
I offer my 1:1 sessions on a Tuesday and Wednesday with evening appointment’s available by request.
Intensive Transformational Programs are always booked in advance together after initial internal mapping consultation.
What is your cancellations policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the session time to another client.
Should you cancel without a reasonable cause within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, the full payment for the session will be forfeited. This policy is also applicable to pre-paid course bookings, resulting in the loss of that pre-paid session.
Exceptions to this policy are considered under extenuating circumstances such as emergencies, serious illness, or a death in the family.
What happens if I am running late for my scheduled appointment?
You will need to call me on my phone 07970404062 or text me as soon as you know you will be late. I will do my best to accommodate your session but I may only be able to fulfil your remaining allocated time depending on my other bookings during the day. You will still be required to pay for your full session as booked.
What are your Methods of payment?
At present I accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe
Bank details are supplied upon request.
When do I make my payment?
If you are making payment via PayPal or Bank transfer it must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time/booking. Immediate payment is required to confirm each session booked. After your initial assessment/booking you have the option if you are attending in person to pay cash on the day.
Ethics and Memberships
All appointments are in confidence and as a Registered Accredited BWRT® Practitioner I am bound by a strict code of ethics with the Terence Watts BWRT Institute.
I am also a registered member with The American Board of Neurolinguistic Programming ABNLP as a Master Practitioner and with the Timeline Therapy Association TLTA as A Master Practitioner.
