Meditation Courses and Classes
Meditation in Tibetan means to ‘familiarise with and to make known’ and through the practice of meditation we have the opportunity to move into a deeper experience of who we are.
Most people ask me with regards to meditation ‘How do I meditate’? ‘what does it mean to meditate’? How do I do it properly and how do I know I am doing it right’? In 2009 I started to offer weekly group meditations so that others could experience and develop a regular practice of their own and enjoy the group energy that is created when sitting together and sharing.
I offer 2 Types of Meditation Courses the first is Mindfulness that supports the awakening of the true self and the second is a concentration form of guided meditations, journeying and activations for healing and health. Each offers the opportunity to know and familiarise yourself with the deeper presence within you and both give spiritual teachings with the support of a well-seasoned and experienced teacher.
The Courses and Classes
Offered in a variety of spiritually themed classes, Sacred Healing Events which I call Guided Meditations and specialised Mindfulness Courses.
Courses and Classes are available in-person or as a distant participant with each class recorded for further personal use (except the Mindfulness courses which are in-person only and not recorded)

This allows you to strengthen and evolve your meditation practice and experience a variety of meditation techniques within a safe group environment with the support and guidance of an experienced teacher.
This gives you the opportunity for a regular time out of your everyday life to embody and experience your own infinite potential. A gift of self-nurturing that allows deeper self-connection and grace to flow within.
When meditation is regularly experienced it opens up an internal spaciousness that through time and practice allows a more meaningful union with your divine essence.
Freedom, Liberation and Awakening
These weekly courses of Meditation practice have been designed to awaken you to the realisation that all you need already exists within you.
In a world that has us pulled in so many different directions, externalising our 'sense of self' through consumerism and the pressures of attainment it is easy to lose our own meaningful connection to our true self. We start to over identify with our thoughts and emotions, we then disconnect from others, our truth, our passion and our true purpose.
Building a strong inner connection through meditation opens up your reality to a new way of being within the world. One of truth, alignment, peace, love, connection, awareness, liberation, freedom and wholeness.
Step into a beautiful space created to hold the energy of the divine, which in turn supports the connection to your own sacred-self and the awakening of your true essence within.
You will be provided with a meditation chair, blanket and cushion for your comfort and support.
There are many reasons why people are drawn to meditation and there is an infinite variety of techniques and practices. Committing to a regular meditation practice nurtures and nourishes the cultivation of your authentic soul-self.
Meditation is the key to knowing the self, raising your awareness and understanding the nature of consciousness.
In essence it is a path for greater self-awareness and expanded consciousness. These two things are considered important if you wish to attain liberation and freedom!
Some Meditation techniques and mediums I use with classes and courses are:
Pranayama (use of breath), mindfulness techniques, sacred sound with mantra, mudras, affirmation, silence, self-enquiry, I AM meditation, use of sound, still point, full body relaxation, focused attention, Vipassanā, Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta Meditation), third eye meditation, chakra meditation, visualisation, guided imagery, use of binaural beats, crystals, shamanic journeys, spirit/animal guides, crystal bowls, shamanic drum, crystal grids, sacred ceremony, music, astrology, numerology etc.
Choose to attend in-person or as a distant participant.
Through your attendance you will receive and experience high quality spiritual teachings, guided meditations, channelled healing and light frequencies. Plus, a recording of the class for your use.
The shared teachings cover a vast array of metaphysical, esoteric, and mystical subjects.
These classes support the practice of residing within the true nature of self and living a life aligned to one's Soul Self. As a consequence of regular attendance, you will find your self-confidence, esteem, love and inner peace increase.
